Who Am I?

Well…let me think about that for a moment……I’m kinda like that kitty up there…prepared for a bomb to be dropped. ;)

LOL….

Seriously though, I’m not complicated. I’m just REALLY complex.

I’ve been around the world and back. Relationship & family struggles come first hand. I know the pains associated with life like it were my best friend…hell, we’ve known each other long enough. Trials & tribulations come naturally. Obstacles to overcome often knock at my front door; welcomed without hesitation.

I’m a fighter by nature with a soul that’s a bit tattered. I love hard & trust less. Diversity & triumph run deep through my veins.

I travel a road less occupied and I’m okay with that. Trying to find a place in this universe…now that’s a journey worth talking about! Care to share in the conversation??? ;)

Welcome to my little corner of the world. I enjoy my life and every lesson in it (they say anything worth having is worth fighting for). Those thought-provoking-moments that make you realize EVERYTHING is for a reason…

You’re more than welcome to stay for a while. But, please take your shoes off, sit back, read and release; grab some tissue and a Kevlar (for the bombs waiting *wink*)….you might need it.

I’m honored you’ve stopped by!

Bree

  1. I’m so glad that you stopped by my blog and followed. Otherwise, i might never have found your wonderful blog :) Love your “helmet kitty”. I look forward to discovering your Thought Provoking Moments. All my best wishes in your conception endeavor, as well.

  2. Thanks for following my blog through tiny lessons. I feel for you and all you have gone through trying to have a child. I went through a lot when I was your age, that was years ago. I lost 4 babies, and then gave up, because it was too hard on me, I was also married to a man that I felt would not be a good father, so with too much on my plate I gave up with the help of mother nature as I went through menopause in my early 30′s. For me it was meant to be. I send all my good thoughts to you and your husband in your fight.

    • Thank you for your kind words. :)
Being in my mid-30′s I thought I’d be a parent to a living child by now, but I guess that just wasn’t in the cards for us. I’ve learned along the way that everything happens for a reason. Now if I can just keep reminding myself that when something knocks us down on this “IF” journey, to get back up….we’ll keep coming out on top! ;)

      Hugs!

  3. The helmet on the kitty says it all! Interestingly , supporters of the Saskatchewan Rough Rider football team wear melons as helmets as a show of support. Now that would be a bad hair day. Virginia
